Ashleigh has been an athlete and fitness enthusiast all her life. Growing up, she played many sports, including
gymnastics, swimming, and softball. She was captain of her high school softball team for two years, winning back to back state championships.
After playing Division 1 softball in college, Ashleigh became an endurance athlete, competing in several marathons. With a 3:28 finish time in the Cape Cod Marathon, she qualified for the Boston Marathon, and ran it in 2014.
Ashleigh tried CrossFit by recommendation from a friend at work and walked into Ocean State CrossFit in 2013. She grew passionate about the style of training. Coming from a decade of coaching fitness, she became CrossFit certified and began coaching at OSCF.
